The CAD4U Viewer is designed for use by anyone who needs ‘view and print’ access to CAD4U drawings including :

• Clients and customers
• Colleagues – for inspection, checking, ordering etc.
• Fabrication and supply chain operations
• Mobile, home and on-site workers
  

CAD4U Viewer allows the dissemination of design information throughout the extended organisation by providing : 

• Faster design collaboration
• Easier access to drawings and revisions 
• Direct link to Word Processing and Publishing
• Faster, easier distribution of drawing data
• A Windows interface which is easy to use
  

Drawings can either be loaded from CAD4U library index pages or imported as a RDF file.  When viewing and printing, design intent is preserved by the use of layer tables. CAD4U drawing data can be placed in other Windows applications such as Word via the Clipboard menu.  

Please note that the Viewer does NOT support CAD4U Bitmaps, TTF & V8 Library enhancements
